We are always pride to say that our best asset is our people. Having skilled chemists involves training, so we hold a number of chemistry seminars during the year covering many different areas, but always centered on Organic Synthesis. Now we want to make some of these seminars available to the chemists community. In this issue we present three seminars covering chiral resolutions and the chemistry of organomanganese and ruthenium compounds.
